Exciting Opportunity: Program Director/Team Lead
Location: New Delhi (with travel across India)
Compensation: Up to INR 34-40 LPA
Experience: 10+ years

We are looking for a Program Director/Team Lead to lead a national-level initiative aimed at improving immunization outcomes, reducing zero-dose children, and strengthening review, analytics, and decision-making systems. This high-impact role requires strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and a strategic vision to deliver measurable outcomes in collaboration with government entities, UN agencies, and development partners. 
The Program Director/Team Lead will oversee program implementation, provide technical and strategic guidance, and manage multidisciplinary teams across various locations. The ideal candidate will bring rich experience in public health programs, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates with strong academic backgrounds, particularly those from Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutions, with a professional degree in management, public health, public policy/administration, community medicine, science and technology, economics, or related fields are preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in public health programs or large-scale private sector projects, preferably in India or other low- and middle-income countries.
Experience managing complex, result-driven programs in collaboration with governments, UN agencies, or other development partners.
Proven ability to deliver transformative projects, navigate stakeholder expectations, and manage resources effectively.
