About People's team:

The People function at Sattva owns all people aspects at Sattva, right from talent acquisition to engagement to learning & development. The team partners with Business Units to ensure people's well-being at Sattva.

The Opportunity:

 

We’re on the lookout for a skilled People team member to anchor people-related aspects within our different Business Unit. The role will involve partnering with the BU leadership to ensure that the people-related goals of the BU are achieved.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a working understanding of the business units so as to understand the team culture and delivery expectations
  • Design and execute initiatives and programs to foster a people-centric and empathetic culture with the BU and address people-related concerns if any
  • Work with people managers to address people-related challenges and co-create proactive and constructive resolutions
  • Work with people managers to develop development and growth plans for high potential consultants and performance improvement plans for consultants requiring additional support
  • Evaluate technical and behavioral learning needs within the BU through a 360 approach, design and execute on a Learning & Development plan for year round level-based engagement including setting up of KPIs and assessing progress
  • Collaborate with the people managers in the Business Unit to ensure all internal people processes are completed on time and with the desired level of thought and consideration
  • Maintain and analyze the people data in the team and identify broad trends and concerns if any
  • Own internal communication for the Business Units, including periodic All Hands, newsletters, etc
  • Analyse people data and KPIs on Excel/Google Sheets
  • Work would start from onboarding and employee engagement to offboarding

The ideal candidate:

  • 4-6 years of experience working as a HR Business Partner/HR Generalist
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory; Master’s is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communications skills
  • Prior experience in consulting environments or start-up organizations is a plus
  • Good working knowledge of excel required in data tracking and analysis
  • Has demonstrated experience in building/ fostering relationships in teams with empathy and maturity
