Position Overview​

​

The position provides an opportunity to drive Bihar's renewable energy adoption among the SMEs through the RESCO model. The role involves managing bid processes, stakeholder coordination, and documentation for successful implementation of solar projects for SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

​​

The selected intern will engage in the following areas:

Bid Process Management

Support tender document preparation and evaluation

Coordinate pre-bid meetings and site visits

Assist in bid evaluation and contract award process

Maintain documentation of bidding process

Stakeholder Engagement

Organize awareness programs and promotional events

Facilitate stakeholder consultations and meetings

Coordinate with RESCO partners and SMEs

Support relationship management with key stakeholders

Project Documentation

Prepare term sheets and power purchase agreements

Support tariff negotiations and regulatory approvals

Maintain project documentation and progress reports

Coordinate with Energy Department/BREDA

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field

Strong academic record in renewable energy sector

Understanding of power purchase agreements and regulations

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of RESCO model implementation

Experience in bid process management

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in power sector

Essential Qualities

Excellent analytical and documentation skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities
