ABOUT THE PROJECT:

PRADAN is pleased to announce opening of several positions at Delhi and state levels, for a prestigious 5-year project for development of women-oriented craft clusters in embroidery, sabai grass, jute rugs, and handmade painting across various locations.

POSITIONS AND LOCATIONS:
5- 1 per Cluster

BIHAR, JHARKHAND,ODISHA,

(Kishanganj, Hazaribagh, Dumka, Rayagada, and Mayurbhani)

ELIGIBILITY:

• 
  MBA OR diploma in rural management OR a fashion/design graduate or post-graduate
• 
  5+ years of experience in cluster development
• 
  Strong team management, stakeholder engagement, and community engagement skills
