The Opportunity

As an Analyst in the IMA team, your analytical skills, commitment to impact and collaborative skills will be called upon from day one. You will be required to go deeper to help the team with providing solutions to our clients’ biggest challenges and make a positive, lasting impact on their programs and the ecosystem.

Designing of evaluation studies

Support the team in devising the end to end methodology for the evaluation studies

Support the team in defining indicators, research questions and prepare data collection tools that are required to carry out the studies

Execution of evaluation studies

Be in charge of the end to end data collection process for the study 

This will include engaging with the implementation organizations of the program and closely working with them to plan and execute the data collection exercise to achieve the desired outcomes.

Take the lead in managing a team of the on-ground data collection team to conduct interviews, focused groups discussed with the key stakeholders of the specific intervention.

Data Analysis and synthesis

Conduct the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data collected

Highlighting and tabulating the key insights that emerge from the data

Taking the lead on putting together the final report of the project

Cross-functional

Actively contribute to the tangible knowledge of the organization by sharing learning and creating assets for other team members to reuse

Support different aspects of organization-building as and when the opportunity arises

The Ideal Candidate:

The Analyst will be an integral part of a team that works on evaluation studies to address our customer needs. They will therefore need to have the following profile: 

0-2 years of professional experience in the business or social developmental sector 

Passionate and driven towards creating social impact 

Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively

Willingness to travel to remote locations 

Self-driven, curious and adaptable personality with the ability to work independently
