Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to work as a Soft Skills and Basic Computer Trainer for students in classes 6–12. The trainer will be responsible for equipping students with essential life skills and foundational computer knowledge, ensuring they are prepared for academic and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Soft Skills Training
  • Conduct interactive sessions on communication, teamwork, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Foster confidence, self-awareness, and problem-solving abilities in students.
  • Develop activities to enhance public speaking and presentation skills.
• Basic Computer Training
  • Teach fundamental computer concepts, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet basics, and email usage.
  • Provide hands-on training for typing skills and computer operations.
  • Introduce students to coding basics (optional but preferred).
• Curriculum Development and Delivery
  • Design lesson plans tailored to the learning levels of students.
  • Use innovative teaching methods to engage students effectively.
  • Track and assess student progress, providing feedback to help them improve.
• Classroom Management
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Ensure all students actively participate in sessions.
• Reporting and Coordination
  • Prepare progress reports and share insights with school administration.
• Participate in periodic training sessions to upgrade teaching methodologies

Ǫualifications and Skills

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in training or teaching (freshers with strong skills are also welcome).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
  • Knowledge of teaching tools and platforms is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi (local dialect knowledge preferred).

Job Type

• Full-time (Monday–Saturday)

Salary Range:

• ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
