Regular interactions with the on-ground teams to ensure effective program delivery, identify training needs and remedy challenges
Provide leadership and to ensure effective implementation of all SAC programs.
Oversee the Program Associates / Centre Managers of all programs to set academic and assessment calendars, coordinate logistics, monitor curriculum planning, training, implementation, assessments, feedback and evaluations
Coordinate with the SAC admin staff and program teams to identify, source and deliver necessary materials to all schools / centres within the budgets and timelines defined
Regular visits to every program location to interact with stakeholders (HM’s / Teachers/ Helpers / Volunteers) and to plan, monitor and manage program team for all collections, distributions and meetings as may be necessary
Manage relationships with all external stakeholders (i.e. PP cell, local communities, school heads, parents, co-teachers, volunteers, external partner NGOs etc.)
Prepare and submit all information reports as required by the management as per the Monthly Data Submission timelines in coordination with the program associate.
Manage effective teacher outreach programs to interview, recruit, onboard, train and appraise teachers to ensure uninterrupted running of programs. Guide and oversee the program teams for creation of various school and teacher groups on WA for easier coordination
Maintain documentation and data related to human resources to ensure the program vision and goals are met most efficiently and effectively. Create Annual teacher training calendar and coordinate the various training programs across programs
Assist the management team to ideate, improve, build, and communicate curriculum, formats, assessment techniques for better impact evaluation and build collaborations for programs to enable overall development of the beneficiaries
Manage student admissions, volunteer onboarding, orientation, training, feedback and related documentation for all programs as per organisational guidelines.
Manage all SAC co-curricular activities and events
OPERATIONS AND IMPLEMENTATION
Work with the team to identify volunteer / teacher requirements for various programs and ensure orientation
Attend all review meetings and training organized by SAC.
Provide timely reports to management team around programs, educators, beneficiaries, impact or any such purpose as required
