General instructions for filling application form

1. Please go through the website to understand the programme, criteria of applicants, the kind of work done by previous fellows, the efforts made for transformation, their experiences and programme structure of the new cohort, before applying for the programme.

Kindly fill the form carefully only after reading the guide to fill the form and FAQs.

This sample copy of application is only for your reference to prepare yourselves with information and data in advance of filling the application. We will not accept any other forms other than those filled on google forms. 

The applicant must use capital letters and restricts themselves to word limit in the form wherever specified.

The application must provide viewing access rights to google drive links wherever necessary / applicable. This will be required only in case, you intend to provide multiple files or references. In such a case you can collate links to all the relevant files on a .docx file and then upload the same on Google Form. 

The form must be filled in English / Hindi language only.

Do not use abbreviations or short forms.

This form must be filled on Google Forms application only on computer or smartphone if filling it electronically. We will not accept hard copies of the form as basic level of digital competence is a must in this fellowship. In case you are not aware of how to use google forms then you can search the same online. 

Verify all the information before submitting the form.
