Roles and responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:


  • Lead recruitment processes across India, including campus drives.

  • Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies.

  • Ensure consistency in recruiting and hiring practices for a great candidate experience.

  • Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to meet hiring goals.

  • Leverage new technologies and social media for talent acquisition.


HR Operations:


  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit, ensuring compliance.

  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.

  • Lead regional HR teams to implement policies at all levels.

  • Address employee grievances and foster a supportive workplace.

Qualifications and skills:

  • MBA (HR) with 10-15 years of experience, including 5+ years in Talent Acquisition.

  • Proven leadership in managing HR and recruitment teams.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and policies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
