About the role: 

We are looking for someone who brings 5-7 years of experience in HR and good with HR Operations. The HR Manager will be taking care of compliance, KEKA, conflict resolution, payroll, POSH knowledge. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, including employee onboarding, performance management, and compensation.
• Utilize KEKA to streamline HR processes and generate accurate reports.
• Resolve conflicts effectively and foster a positive work environment.
• Manage payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on HR operations.
• Excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using KEKA or similar HR software.
• Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
• Experience with employee relations and investigations.
