About the Role:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Leading the end to end recruitment process for the region and supporting other roles as and when required.
  • Supporting with induction review and exit by working closely with Western and North focal points, People lead, L&D Manager and People Manager
  • orientation or first point of contact for guidance or support for policies/ HRMS and Ensure organization policies and procedures are followed by the team
  • Lead the risk assessment and risk response strategy for the region example covid
  • Drafting the experience letters or employment proof letters as needed
  • Pipeline for potential candidates Drafting JD and job posting on Zoho.
  • Campus visit and relationships with institutes.

People Operations

  • RFS focal point for the region
  • Assigning and orientation of the buddies and ensuring the onboarding kit is delivered on time. Assist the new hire with any support required
  • Leading the people engagement activities for the West and North region
  • Contributing to virtual team meetings and organizing gatherings at the state level for people engagement
  • Engagement with employees & state/ regional leads to understanding their experience in the org and recommendations on aspects related to engagement/ learning/ grievances/ policies/ processes and being the champion of quest values and culture
  • The focal point for physical engagement activities in the region
  • Champion for people engagement on Zoho and other platforms
  • Fellows/intern’s payment for the region
  • Maintaining the employee records and updating the people metric for the region
  • Support with the L&D initiatives by working with the L&D teams and People managers to follow up as per field visit observations.
  • Regional-level activities with the support of state leads.

Support for the People Team

  • Supporting the people team on ad-hoc basis with hiring for other regions
  • Health and Safety Risk Assessment in the West & North region.
  • Being the voice of the West and North region to shape the organization policies and processes
  • Support in maintaining the HRMS platform and people data for the region
  • Support with org level meetings such as Annual staff meet, learning festival etc…

Stakeholder Management

  • Maintaining a working relationship with state/ regional leads
  • Working closely with the people managers to understand their needs and recommendations on aspects related to engagement/ learning/ grievances/ policies/ processes and being the champion of quest values and culture
  • Work closely with all employees of the region to cater to the need
  • Be an active team player in the People team
  • Identifying recruiters for the region and onboarding them
  • Establishing relationships with campus for the region
  • Establishing a Network of NGOs for the region.

Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 64,000/- per month (cost to company) (The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
