Senior Manager - Finance and Accounts: We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Finance & Accounts function in a reputed social sector organization. This role involves managing a team of 5–7 members, ensuring compliance, overseeing financial operations, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making. 

• Key Responsibilities: 

1. Oversee accounting, auditing, budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting.
2. Prepare MIS reports, tax filings, fund utilization reports, and liaise with auditors.
3. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, manage cash flow, investments, and taxes.
4. Build and maintain relationships with banks, authorities, and key vendors.

• Requirements:

1. M.Com/Inter CA with 7–8 years of experience.
2. Proficiency in Tally, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access), and accounting principles.
3. Strong knowledge of legal and statutory compliances.
4. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
5. Fluency in English; knowledge of Marathi and Hindi is a plus.
6. Empathy and ability to work in a dynamic, unstructured environment.
