Title: Associate - Fundraising and Partnerships

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location -Hybrid - preferred locations - Delhi and Bangalore

 

Overview: We are currently looking for an Associate - Fundraising and Partnerships to support the Fundraising and Partnerships Lead and the Co-founders. The candidate will be expected to assist in establishing, growing, and leading partnerships with key investors and stakeholders at a state, national, and global level.

 

Key Results

1.Assist in identifying and engaging in funding and partnership opportunities with international donors, NGOs, and government partners.

2. Support relationship management with key ecosystem partners, maintaining excellent relationships, and identifying opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships.

3. Contribute to building and sustaining strong relationships and partnerships with key

government and civil society officials, stakeholders, and advocates.

4. Support the entire team in seeing the value and their role in fundraising and partnerships.

 

Key Activities

1.Assist in the investor partnerships value chain (ranging across developing special initiatives with different investors, monitoring implementation, conducting analysis, and preparing reports to manage relationships with the investors).

2. Support the development of strategic partnerships and collaborations with governments and innovative organizations in the education space to develop cutting-edge solutions.

3. Manage communications and relationships with Board members, advisors, impact funds, foundations, HNIs, and CSR organizations.

4. Help develop, implement, and maintain a detailed fundraising strategy pipeline and plan to grow and supplement current revenue streams.

5. Actively identify and nurture potential donors and funding windows through landscape mapping, networking, and relationship building.

6. Build and maintain relationships with previous and potential funding partners and work with them to develop proposals and budgets that align with both our strategy and that of the funder.

7.Research investors and understand critical requirements for each investor.

8. Represent Rocket Learning at national and international events and symposia to create greater visibility and a partnerships and advocacy pipeline.

9.Assist in designing and conducting investor events to develop relationships with new partners and leverage the national focus on foundational skills.

10. Perform any other activities required to generate funds and develop partnerships to enable the exponential expansion of Rocket Learning.

1.Seamless communication with the Lead, co-founders, team, and colleagues.

2. Education qualification: Minimum graduate with 1-2 years of work experience.

3. Demonstrating successful fund-raising/partnership e orts in the ECCE space is desirable
