Manager – Donor Relations. Vacancy closes in 2 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Support roll out of the Resource Mobilization Strategy;
• Contribute to proposal development efforts ensuring efficient coordination with teams;
• Support donor engagement, outreach and donor relationship management to support donor retention;
• Donor communications, engage and support in organizational brand building including development of collateral materials to for fundraising;
• Write content for mailers and manage other communication related deliverables;
• As and when required manage posts on social media for donation and other campaigns;
• Support in the overall running of the vertical and take on tasks on support teams as and when required.

Skills, Competencies & Experience Required:

• 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in fundraising and donor management;
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to operationalize strategy along with excellent management and organisation skills;
• Strong networking and presentation skills;
• Understanding of communication strategy and ability to translate key messages into content;
• Basic ability to use social media like Instagram and others.
