We support a wide spectrum of partners in achieving their CSR mandates while aligning with Government of India schemes and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

 

The Role:

The Finance Executive will be responsible for ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and ethically. The position will support grassroots partners by maintaining transparent and accountable financial practices aligned with organizational policies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations independently.
  • Process payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of vendor payments, staff advances, and claim reimbursements.
  • Maintain proper bookkeeping and organized financial records.
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors regarding financial matters.
  • Scan and archive bills and financial documents on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct ledger scrutiny and ensure accuracy of entries.
  • Maintain books of accounts using accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP 9).
  • Undertake field visits related to finance monitoring for ongoing project activities.
  • Candidate should have knowledge on preparation of bill, voucher, maintenance of Cash book and Ledger book manually and entry in Tally.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com (Finance or Accounting)
  • Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the NGO sector.
  • Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

 

Key Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented and ethical in handling financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel to field locations as and when required.
