📢 Position: CFL (Centre for Financial Literacy) Coordinator
📍 Location: Goa (Ponda, Bicholim, Canacona & Sanguem)
💰 Salary: ₹20,000/month + Travel Allowance
📅 Application Deadline: April 30, 2025

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage CFL center operations
✅ Conduct financial literacy programmes
✅ Engage with the community to promote financial inclusion
✅ Coordinate with banks, RBI, LDMs, and SHGs
✅ Train CFL associates and support field teams
✅ Prepare reports and maintain documentations

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ Graduate (Commerce, Agriculture, or Technology preferred)
✔️ Experience in financial literacy, banking, or community engagement is a plus
✔️ Strong communication & facilitation skills
✔️ Proficiency in Konkani, Marathi, or Hindi is an advantage
✔️ Willingness to travel within the CFL regions
