📢 We are hiring two research associates in Delhi. Who are we looking for? 

Roles and responsibilities
- Conduct relevant literature review on policies, practices and initiatives on women’s work force participation and sustainable, gender equitable transport in India and other countries;
- Process and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations;
- Support the team in developing knowledge products (reports, guidelines, toolkits, training materials) on sustainable and gender-inclusive transport;
- Assist the team in developing content for and organizing workshops/outreach events for government agencies, civil society organizations and other stakeholders;
- Support the team in preparing technical proposals for project bids.

Qualifications and core competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, development studies and public policy;
- Two years relevant experience on data analysis of national and sub-national data sets related to urban transport, women’s workforce participation, time use, expenditure; 
- Proficiency with quantitative and/ or statistical tools is a must;
- Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi;
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required, and Kannada is preferred.;
- Self-motivated, action-oriented and passionate about gender equitable cities and transport.
