Job Profile: Web Development-Learning Facilitator

Education: M.Tech (Computer Science or Information Technology)

Years of Experience: We don’t measure experience in the number of years :P! To be fair, we don’t focus on degrees as well, but there’s some need here. 

Eligibility Criteria: This position is open exclusively to women applicants.

How to know that this role is/isn’t for you?

• If you have the zeal to lead students to build real life tech projects. If you are hungry to learn and grow yourself! If you have attempted to build innovative projects, if your projects can demonstrate your technical expertise: programming languages React/python and frameworks like React, Django, DBMS, or similar technologies, We are looking for you! <3
  
   
• If you’re randomly one day asked to learn how to make apps using AI to teach students and deliver the application in a week. Instead of fretting, if you’re someone who can scope out, prioritize, and build a prototype - this is for you. (Why: This would happen on many fine days🙂)
  
   
• If you are more likely to do things that you don’t know, for the joy of learning new things or trying out new approaches  - this is for you.
  
   
• If you’re a perfectionist, and take time to deliver - this isn’t for you.
  
   
• If you feel lazy to do the same work again, and instead automate it, or design a process for it - this is for you.   
  
   
• If you know google sheets enough to know what VLookup and pivot tables are. And if you don’t, you take 15 mins to get a headstart to learn the concept by trying it yourself - this is for you.
  
   
• If you believe that the best way to learn something is to build a real life project :)

Key Responsibilities: You will directly work with students/support the team to build innovative real life projects on different tech stack, while you upskill yourself consistently to build innovative AI projects  <3

Location: Eternal University,  Himachal Pradesh (Rajgarh, Sirmaur)

Compensation: 25K - 30K (depending on the skills, project, and empathy) +  accommodation and food.
