Position Summary

We're hiring a Female Career Coach for a 6-month contract in Telangana. You'll guide individuals in career planning, skill assessment, and job placement to help them reach their full professional potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct coaching sessions (one-on-one and group) for career assessment and planning.
• Develop actionable career plans with clients.
• Provide expertise in resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile optimization.
• Prepare clients for job interviews through mock sessions.
• Help clients identify suitable career paths and job opportunities in Telangana.
• Offer strategies for effective job searching and networking.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation
• Stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Counseling, HR, Psychology).
• 1-3 years of experience in career coaching or guidance.
• Strong understanding of Telangana's job market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and results-oriented approach.

#Salary :- ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 per month.
