SRF Foundation is seeking a passionate and skilled Program Officer cum Engineer to implement and oversee its Tinker Coding Program in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The position focuses on empowering school students through STEM education, coding, and robotics in alignment with NEP 2020 goals.
Implement and deliver the Tinker Coding curriculum across selected schools.
Set up and manage coding labs using platforms like Scratch, Python, and Arduino.
Conduct interactive sessions, trainings, and workshops for students and teachers.
Organize school-level exhibitions, hackathons, and competitions to foster innovation.
Coordinate with vendors for technical support and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate with school authorities, partners, and local stakeholders.
Ensure timely reporting, compliance, and documentation for program progress.
Promote and maintain student safety, data privacy, and ethical standards during implementation.
Liaise with the Head Office and contribute to enhancing the program’s visibility and impact.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or relevant technical stream.
Preferred: Certifications in STEM education, robotics, or coding platforms.
2–4 years of experience in coding/STEM-based education projects, especially in schools or NGOs.
Strong command over Scratch, Python, Arduino.
Expertise in student training, event coordination, and curriculum delivery.
Good documentation, reporting, and communication abilities.
Understanding of child protection, digital ethics, and data privacy norms.
