We're hiring a Senior Manager/ Manager - Policy to join our team at SaveLIFE Foundation in New Delhi!

Are you a mid to senior-career public policy professional passionate about creating life-saving impact through policy reform?

We're looking for someone exceptional to lead our policy advocacy initiatives aimed at reducing road crash fatalities across India.

About the Role:
- Drive policy development and advocacy at national and state levels
- Lead stakeholder engagement with government bodies and policy-making institutions
- Conduct policy research and develop evidence-based recommendations
- Create compelling policy briefs and position papers
- Support the leadership team in high-level policy representation
- Manage and mentor a team of policy professionals

What We Need:
- 7+ years of relevant experience (3+ years leading policy teams)
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
- Exceptional research, writing, and communication abilities
- Proven track record in policy advocacy and stakeholder management
- Action-oriented mindset with strong influencing skills
