Education: MBA/PGDM or master’s in Social Sciences, Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Management, or equivalent.
Experience:
13–15 years in project management, leading large-scale national education and skill development projects.
7+ years in TVET, Skill Development, or similar sectors.
Expertise in Governance & Implementation, multiyear skilling/institutional reform programs in India over the last 10 years.
Experience in curriculum design, MIS integration, faculty development, infrastructure planning, and industry partnerships.
Proficiency in project milestone planning and impact assessments.
2. hashtag#ProjectManagement Expert
Education: MBA, PGDBM, or master’s in Management, Engineering, or Economics from a premier institute.
Experience:
8+ years in project management, monitoring, and evaluation, with 4+ years advising Central/State governments.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and familiarity with government procedures.
Knowledge of skilling ecosystems and quality assurance frameworks preferred.
3. hashtag#FinancialManagement Expert
Education: CA/MBA/PGDM in Finance.
Experience:
7+ years in financial management system design and implementation, including financial reporting.
Knowledge of government accounting policies and fund accounting practices.
Experience with government procedures and producing financial reports like budgets and expenditure statements.
4. hashtag#MonitoringandEvaluationExpert
Education: Postgraduate in Economics, Statistics, Labor Economics, IT, or related fields.
Experience:
7+ years in IT-based M&E frameworks for social and economic development projects.
Experience with large-scale government project evaluation frameworks and log-frame analysis.
5. hashtag#ProcurementExpert
Education: MBA/PGDM or bachelor’s/master’s in Engineering or related fields.
Experience:
10+ years in tender management (EOI, RFQ, RFP) and procurement.
5+ years in government procurement, preferably in skill development initiatives.
