About Yuvatejas: 
Yuvatejas is an organization dedicated to mentoring underprivileged students who aspire to join the Indian Armed Forces as officers. We are looking for a proactive Partnership Intern to join our team and make a difference in these students' lives. 

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Distribute application forms to NCC units across Lucknow. 
✅ Ensure that application forms reach defense aspirants effectively. 
✅ Contact students after form submission, understand their backgrounds, and onboard them into our WhatsApp group. 
✅ Facilitate the onboarding test and manage the selection or rejection email process. 
✅ Organize selected students into batches and coordinate training sessions. 
✅ Prepare detailed student reports and create impactful social media posts. 

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Passion for mentoring and empowering underprivileged students. 
🔹 Strong communication and organizational skills. 
🔹 Ability to travel within Lucknow. 
🔹 Familiarity with NCC or defense-related activities (preferred but not mandatory).
