Our vision is to revolutionize education by fostering 21st-century skills through innovative and inclusive learning experiences.

 

Our goal is to empower students from marginalized backgrounds in India. To achieve scale we use technology with AI and NLP-powered WhatsApp chatbot to build co-curricular electives to nurture creativity, self-confidence, and problem-solving abilities. 

Our flagship WhatsApp Chatbot, TAP Buddy, offers electives such as Visual and Performing Arts, Coding, STEM, and Financial Literacy.

 

Currently, TAP is impacting over 34,000 students across ten states in India. TAP students display a 2x improvement in creativity and a 74% improvement in self-confidence. In 2024-25, TAP aims to work with 100,000 students across multiple states through various government partnerships.

Role Summary

Location - Remote

Time Commitment - 25–30 hours per week

Reporting to - Manager - Government Partnerships

Compensation - Rs. 7000/- per month

 

Key Job Areas

Role Description

Supporting SCERT Tasks

  • Visit SCERT for 4-5 hours daily and assist them in tasks pivotal to the functioning of their department.
  • Maintain presence as a representative of TAP.
  • Support by drafting and editing key documents for the Social Science Department.
  • Interact with key stakeholders and be vigilant for opportunities for the organization.

 

Stakeholder management

  • Maintain a professional and a collaborative relationship with officers within SCERT.
  • Judiciously communicate aid that can be provided by the organization to SCERT in different avenues
  • Seek out more collaborative opportunities with SCERT.

 

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Marathi and English typing
  • Networking skills
  • Detail orientation
  • Ability to critically think and problem-solve
  • Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Demonstrable ability to work with limited resources to achieve results
  • English and Marathi spoken language proficiency is a must.
