Field Executive (only Female)
Responsibilities:

1) Conduct a baseline survey and gather required information from the villages.
2)Arrange and conduct a village level meeting in Project villages 
3) Support CRP and Samuh Sakhi in SHGs formation, bank linkages, credit linkages, loan recovery, microfinance etc. 
4) Liaison and communicate with target communities and local authorities 
5) Awareness creation and capacity building activities through campaigning and training.
6) Day to day field visit for effective implementation of project activities. 
7) Facilitate groups to access various government and other schemes and entitlements.
8) Documentation and reporting requirements as per project need 
documentation of best practices and success stories
9) Represent the organization and project at the appropriate level 
10) Any other task assigned be the organization.

Eligiblity:
1) Preferably a Postgraduate or equivalent qualification
2) 2-3 Years of experience of Institution Building, Women Empowerment 
3) Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi)
Proficiency in project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
4)Leads teams effectively and shows conflict resolution skills

Salary- 25-30k per month
