Kosala is on a mission to expand its work and deepen its impact in supporting the traditional Kosa weaving community and beyond in Chattisgarh- especially women. We're growing our team and looking for passionate individuals who want to work where the real action is at the grassroots. 

We are hiring for the below positions: 
✅️ Community Manager 

As a Community Manager, you'll be the vital link between Kosala and the community. 
Your role will include:

● Engaging directly with the community to support training and Livelihood initiatives.
●Helping community members access state/central awards and social welfare schemes.
●Promoting health, well-being, and financial inclusion for artisans and their families.
●Representing the community's needs and facilitating support through Kosala and other stakeholders. 

✅️ Project Coordinator 

In this role you'll lead the initiatives to empower women by: 

● Identifying and mobilizing women for training programs 
●Managing skill - building efforts in reeling, weaving, embroidery, sewing and more
● Integrating them into the circular economy and sustainable value chains 

📍Location: Raigarh/ Champa, Chhattisgarh

What are we looking for: 

✅️ Passionate individuals driven to create real, lasting impact 
✅️ 2-3 years of experience working with rural communities on Livelihood or similar initiatives 
✅️ Willingness to travel frequently to villages ( must be comfortable riding a two - wheeler)
