Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Development: Create engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, articles, videos, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
2. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a content strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.
3. Brand Voice: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content platforms.
4. Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity.
5. Content Calendar: Plan, schedule, and publish content across various platforms using a content calendar.
6. Analytics: Monitor and analyze content performance using metrics such as engagement, clicks, and conversions.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
3. Content Creation Skills: Proficient in creating high-quality content across various formats (written, video, social media, etc.).
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
