About Us:
Dr. Reddy’s Foundation is a non-profit organization working to empower disadvantaged youth, women, and people with disabilities (PWD) by providing skills training and employment opportunities at free of cost.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Act as a Mobiliser for the New Alipur Centre, ensuring enrolments from the surrounding areas.
• Work extensively in the field to identify and engage eligible candidates, especially people with disabilities (PWD).
• Build relationships with local communities, NGOs, schools, and other organizations to promote the Centre’s programs.
• Conduct awareness sessions and campaigns to encourage enrolments.
• Maintain proper records of outreach activities, leads, and enrolments.
• Ensure timely achievement of enrolment targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass.
• Prior experience working with people with disabilities (PWD) is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in the field.
• Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for social impact.
• Both male and female candidates can apply.

Compensation:
• Salary is negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
