🔍 Role Overview:
As Assistant Manager – NReach, you will coordinate end-to-end employability programs, manage key partnerships, ensure effective candidate engagement, and drive impactful placement outcomes.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Program implementation with partners and internal teams
- Stakeholder and partner management
- Candidate mobilization, engagement & placement support
- Program tracking, reporting, and MIS management

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Management, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in skill development, livelihoods, or CSR initiatives
- Strong communication, program coordination, and MS Office skills
- Prior experience in training/placement coordination is a big plus
