Block Coordinator

Block Coordinator (2 positions – one in each block: Sirsiya & Gilaula)
Salary: ₹45,000/month
Location: Sirsiya and Gilaula blocks, Shravasti
Eligibility:
Postgraduate in Nutrition, Health or Social Sciences
5+ years’ grassroots experience in similar initiatives
Communication and computer proficiency
Strong mobility and two-wheeler driving license
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the block-level team and coordinate with key stakeholders (PRIs, AWCs, line departments)
Oversee implementation, planning, training and capacity building
Ensure data reporting, appraisal and performance tracking
Promote convergence with government schemes
Ensure achievement of LFA indicators and timely course corrections
