Job Details

• Positions Available: 8 trainers
• Job Location: On-site (Travel across Himachal Pradesh)
• Training Focus: Training teachers from Grades 1-10 across all subjects on Assessment Tools
• Training Language: Hindi & English
• Training Mode: Hybrid (Online via Zoom & Offline)
• Duration: 10 months
• Remuneration: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month

Trainer Locations Required

• Kinnaur – 1 trainer
• Kullu – 2 trainers (1 should be open to working in Lahaul & Spiti for 2 months)
• Mandi – 2 trainers
• Chamba – 1 trainer
• Shimla – 1 trainer
• Una – 1 trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions for teachers, equipping them with assessment tools and methodologies.
• Adapt training sessions to suit the needs of educators with varying experience levels (1-30 years).
• Utilize both online (Zoom) and offline platforms effectively for training delivery.
• Ensure consistent documentation of sessions, gather feedback, and support program improvements.
• Collaborate with TiTLi teams to align training with project goals and ensure seamless execution.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in training educators and conducting teacher development programs.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
• Comfort with both online (Zoom) and offline training methodologies.
• Ability to engage and motivate teachers across diverse backgrounds.
• Prior experience in the education sector, especially in teacher training, is preferred.
