We are urgently looking for a Full-time Soft Skill Trainer/Faculty for Baruipur Location (Kolkata). Candidate must be flexible for traveling within the city.

Desired profile-

• Graduate
• Relevant experience of at least 3 (three) years (Corporate Employee)
• Proficiency in any annotation tool with experience in handling datasets for
• AI/ML projects
• Strong focus on accuracy and consistency in annotations, with the ability to
• communicate these standards clearly to trainees.
• Professional training in Soft Skill, Behavioural and Attitude.
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good Communication Skills, Influencing Skills.
• Proficient in English
   

Responsibilities-

• Impart training on domain
• Assign and grade homework, tests and assignments.
• Conduct training programs for Imerit employees on topics- English
• Communication, Soft Skills, Gen AI and Annotation tools.
• Manage students reporting and all AE related parameters.
• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students.
• Observe and maintain accurate and complete records of student’s progress
• and development.
• Groom the students to prepare them for jobs.
• Ensuring good employment opportunities for the students with prospective
• employers.
• Needs to undertake additional responsibilities from time to time based on
• the organization’s needs.
