The goal for Udhyam is to build a thriving and supportive ecosystem, where every individual feels empowered to define their own path.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Specialist/Principal Specialist to anchor a project for the Vyapaar program with the Assam Govt. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of a transformative initiative that empowers local entrepreneurs and drives social impact.
Key Responsibilities:

• Program Design & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end execution of the project, ensuring alignment with the Vyapaar programs goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage relationships with key govt. stakeholders, CM Fellows and local entrepreneurs, to ensure the programs success.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Support the M&E team in developing metrics, track progress, and analyze data to measure the impact and effectiveness of the pilot.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Udhyams core team to share insights and learnings from the pilot to inform future program iterations.
• Adaptation & Scalability: Identify challenges and opportunities within the pilot and propose scalable solutions for broader implementation.

What Were Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in program management, social impact, or rural entrepreneurship-related initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Language fluency in both English and Assamese ;
• Passion for entrepreneurship and driving grassroots impact.
