The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our Udaipur based client and lead their comprehensive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of social impact and corporate strategy, driving meaningful change through innovative and sustainable initiatives. This role demands excellent client and field staff management abilities, data-driven decision-making, problem solving, communication skills, an understanding of rural market realities and tech-enabled social commerce platforms.
As the Program Manager, your role would include but not be limited to
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
Impact Monitoring: Regularly monitor program outcomes using predefined KPIs and evaluation frameworks.
Data-driven Insights: Collect, validate, and analyze data from field activities to assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates, reports, and impact assessments to the headquarters and client, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Client and Cross-functional Collaboration
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for the client’s CSR team, providing qualitative and quantitative progress updates and addressing queries.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with the strategy teams and other units to ensure implementation is in line with the overall program vision.
Program Optimization and Innovation
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize program delivery and incorporate best practices from similar initiatives.
Technology Integration: Leverage tech-enabled tools and platforms to enhance the effectiveness of on-ground implementation and monitoring efforts.
Program Implementation and Field Operations
On-ground Implementation: Oversee the implementation of the client’s CSR portfolio in Udaipur, ensuring alignment with the developed strategy.
Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to oversee program activities, build relationships with local stakeholders, and ensure program objectives are met.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Ensure smooth on-ground operations by addressing challenges promptly and maintaining program timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with local stakeholders, including community leaders, NGOs, and government bodies, to facilitate program success.
The Ideal Candidate:

5-8 years of experience in consulting, project management & complex operations, stakeholder management in corporate, social enterprises, consulting firms, or global foundations
Efficient in time and quality management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, crafting clear documents and impactful presentations for effective team and client communication.
Proficient in collecting, analyzing, researching and presenting data using various tools and methodologies to facilitate decision-making and convey insights effectively.
Skillfully cultivates and maintains positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality service and support.
Fosters teamwork and open communication, encouraging knowledge-sharing and effective delegation to optimize productivity and achieve project goals
Designs and implements effective frameworks to assess program impact and inform decision-making.
Proficient understanding and application of corporate social responsibility regulations and legal frameworks.
