The Role:
As part of the Youth Program team, this role will coordinate with other QUEST team members to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of projects. The individual will play a key role in program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and achieving program goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee effective program delivery, implementation reviews, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with agreed standards and the ITI Ecosystem’s state system journey map.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with government departments, institute principals, and CSO partner heads to fulfill MoU commitments and support the VTI South Region Lead.
  • Develop and manage state and team work plans, ensuring contributions align with program objectives.
  • Facilitate learning within the program by identifying and capturing key insights.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders, including center heads and trainers.
  • Empower trainers and centers to independently utilize program content effectively.
  • Participate in and contribute to the training of trainers.
  • Collaborate with the ITI South Region Lead to achieve annual goals for the state, region, and projects.
  • Support and oversee career development programs across Women ITIs in the state.
  • Manage state-level projects, ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Ensure monitoring data is submitted to the M&E focal point promptly.
  • Coordinate baseline, endline, and other assessments.
  • Maintain updated student data in the center database.
  • Provide regular updates to trainers and principals on program progress through monthly reports.
  • Deliver detailed written and verbal progress reports aligned with work plans and schedules.
  • Ensure proper use of M&E tools for reporting and submit program reports, case studies, and photographs to the M&E focal point on time.
  • Document success stories from centers, trainers, and students.
  • Follow up with ITIs to collect required student and institute data as per the M&E framework.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and reviews, supporting all reporting requirements such as quarterly and annual reviews.
  • Foster effective relationships with officials in training, placement, administration, and leadership roles at DET, Gujarat, CSO partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure MoU commitments in training and placements are met, including subgrant utilization and quality interventions.
  • Engage in industry engagement and placement strategies internally and externally, working closely with placement leads and state teams.
  • Collaborate with thematic and support teams such as training, communications, research, data & tech, and FAIT to meet program and organizational requirements.
  • Manage the Gujarat ITI team and oversee fellows/interns as needed.
  • Plan and implement capacity-building activities for team members to enhance effectiveness.
  • Define and review annual and quarterly goals for team members.

Skills:

Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 58,000/- per month (cost to company) (The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
