About the Role:
Quest Alliance is looking for a Program Support Associate for coordinating all the activities with ITIs in the region. You will be reaching out to all the ITIs in your region and will be responsible for the smooth implementation of the program and successfully implementing the Youth Program strategies and other activities. The Program Associate also builds relationships with all district stakeholders and works closely with the state training and content team. They must adhere to all the implementation processes and timelines the program team communicates.
Role & Responsibilities:
Programme Implementation and Planning
Take responsibility for effective program delivery, review implementation, and monitor within the agreed standards.
Ensure there is a proper work plan in place for your region and you are able to follow and deliver accordingly.
Be well versed with the content/curriculum of the program so as to ensure proper training delivery and support in the institutes of the zone
Regular visits to institutes of Respective zone zone to deliver training
Support the Trainers in the institutes of Respective zone zone to use our content.
Ensure that the Trainers and institute gradually become independent and adept at using the content.
Participate and contribute in Training of Trainers.
Ensure the region deliverables and targets are fulfilled within the stipulated time frame.
Conduct monthly/quarterly review meetings with program stakeholders- institute Principals/Superintendents, Trainers/Instructors, Placement Officers etc to ensure quality delivery of programs.
Ensuring the self-reliability of trainers and institute and proficiency with the content after effective program deliverance and evaluating the execution of the same by the trainers.
Keeping track of compliance with the set standards.
Providing regular feedback and monitoring the growth scale of the trainers.,
Maintaining that a suitable work plan is in place and ensuring the proper adherence to it and delivering as required.
Having a thorough understanding of the program’s content and curriculum to provide proper training delivery and assistance in Respective zone zone ITIs.

Encourage the trainers to apply our curriculum in the Respective zone zone institutes.
Ensuring that the deliverables and targets for the region are met by the deadline.
Organize periodic meetings with program stakeholders for reviews, such as monthly or quarterly
Relationship Management – Stakeholders
Develop effective working relationships with institute Principals, Trainers and Placement Officers for effective program implementation.
Support Thematic Teams-Placement, Training, Documentation, Data Tech etc in your institute region and be the POC for your institute region.
Ensure region needs are met and fulfilled with the support of Thematic Teams.
Ensure institute Stakeholders engage and contribute to our implementation program.
Find solutions to address problems in your institute region engaging institute stakeholders thereby ensuring collaboration and quality.
Building a relationship based on mutual Understanding And Cooperation by providing feasible solutions to their basic problems.
Endless and timely support from the team
Developing employability skills for future benefits and providing career oriented trainings.
Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation
Ensure the monitoring data of the team that you manage reaches the M&E focal point on time.
Support coordination of baseline/ endline and other assessments
Ensure students data is updated in centre database
Make sure trainers and principal at the institute know about our work through simple monthly reports
Provide regular written and verbal reports tracking progress against the work plan and implementation schedules
Use the appropriate M&E tools for reporting
Ensure all the program report including case studies, photographs reaches the M&E focal point at the stipulated time
Documentation of centre, trainer and student success stories
Following up with institute’s to share data of students and Institutes as required by M&E framework.
Transparency in the working system to develop a comprehensive platform between Quest and faculty from the institutes.
Providing effective solutions for future encouragement.
Keeping a well managed record through systematic monitoring of the work plan and applied schedules.
Others
Participate in team meetings and reviews, staff engagement activities
Seek regular capacity-building support from the team
Adhere to all the finance and HR policies of the organization
Uphold the values of Quest Alliance
Support donor visits
Other duties as required. Occasionally working on weekends and holidays for which time compensatory leave can be taken.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in project implementation or school facilitation, and NGO sector, preferably in the education Development sector.
Interest in working with Government school Teachers & students.
Willingness to learn and influence prevalent practices in the education ecosystem
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Hindi (Mandatory ) and working knowledge of English.
Willingness to travel within and outside of the District.
Ability to train, build the capacity of, and manage relationships with new people
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams
Ability to use technology and various virtual platforms like Google Hangout Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Classroom, Chatbot, and other Google Suite applications.
Excited about working with Teachers on 21st-century skills & computational thinking and Knowledge of coding/scratch and the Ed-Tech tools would be an advantage.
The role is based out of Faridabad , Haryana
Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 30,000/- per month (cost to company) (The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
