Roles & Responsibilities
Identify potential CSR opportunities for Pollinate Group in India, specifically focusing on
initiatives centred around women empowerment, livelihood enhancement,
environmental sustainability, and gender equality. By leveraging CSR initiatives,
Pollinate Group aims to make a tangible difference in the lives of marginalized women
while contributing to safer, cleaner, and healthier communities for all.
Responsibilities:
● Identify Potential Partnerships: Research to identify corporate partners, NGOs,
and social initiatives that share our mission and values. This includes analyzing
existing networks, researching industry trends, and identifying potential
synergies.
● Pitching Our Model: Pitch the value proposition of partnering with Pollinate
Group. Tailor these pitches to the specific needs and interests of each potential
partner, highlighting how collaboration can drive meaningful impact.
● Initiating Conversations: Take the lead in initiating conversations with potential
partner organisations, leveraging his/her pitch to spark interest and
engagement. Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers,
exploring opportunities for collaboration and alignment.
● Research on the India CSR Data: Companies Data, Budget spent over the last 3
FY, Area of Focus, Key Personnel for CSR and connect, Alignment with PG focus
Area, Content to pitch
Expected Outcome -
● Increased outreach - Exposure to the model offers a fantastic opportunity to
interact with other social sector partners and expand the model, Pitch the model
to potential social organizations.
● Increased economic empowerment and financial inclusion of women
entrepreneurs.
● Improved livelihood opportunities and socio-economic well-being of
marginalized communities.
● Enhanced gender equality and social inclusion within target communities.
Key selection criteria
● Based in Bangalore, India
● Speaking Kannada is a must
● Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive research on corporate partners,
NGOs, and social initiatives.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate the
Pollinate Group’s value proposition.
● Experience in tailoring pitches to the specific needs and interests of potential
partners.
● Familiarity with social impact initiatives focused on women empowerment,
livelihood enhancement, environmental sustainability, and gender equality.
● Passion for social business, renewable energy, women empowerment and
dedication to transforming the lives of the poor
