We’re looking for a sharp, mission-driven Associate – Carbon Projects to support project development, due diligence, and registry documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with our technical and communications teams to transform grassroots initiatives into globally recognized climate solutions.

🔍 What You’ll Do:
• Contribute to carbon project design under leading standards
• Support emission reduction calculations, MRV systems, and documentation
• Research methodologies, baselines, and socio-environmental co-benefits
• Coordinate with field teams and implementation partners across geographies

👤 Who You Are:
• 1–2 years’ experience in climate, carbon markets, or ESG
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Familiar with carbon standards, protocols, and climate finance
• A problem-solver with a collaborative, sustainability-first mindset
