Position:- Assistant Divisional Manager - Skill Development(Capacity Building)
Location:- Jammu & Kashmir (Jammu/Srinagar Division)
Education:- Postgraduate in any relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering) from the Institute of National importance as identified by the Ministry of Education with additional certifications or training in training and development, capacity building, or project management is a plus.

Experience:- Minimum 4 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies in capacity building and training management for large-scale (state/ national) government initiatives or community-driven programs. Experience with capacity building programs, ToT, and curriculum development with NSDC, EDIs, or IIMs.

Key Responsibilities:-
1. Assess training needs, design programs, coordinate with training providers for skill enhancement.
2. Implement division-level skilling strategy.
3. Align with JKEDI/IIMs for course delivery via SBDUs.
4. Collaborate with training providers to ensure all training programs align with the overall goals and objectives of the program.
