The Opportunity

Business Process Analyst will be an integral member for the Business Operations team at Sattva, focused on performing several process management duties at Business Unit and Sub-Business Unit levels. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Business Operations team will be part of the COO Office and you will report into the lead for Business Operations.You will closely work with Business Unit Leadership while liaising with the Sales/BD team, Business Finance team, HR Partner and BU SPOC’s across Delivery, L&D, Knowledge Management for a given Business Unit. 

What You'll Do :

In this role, you will help enable better decision-making on both tactical (e.g., effective and efficient team formation) and strategic (e.g., longer term sector strategy and people pipeline/initiatives) levels. You will support the  Business Operations SPOC and work closely with senior leadership of a given BU. In addition, you will report and align with the central Business Operation team reporting to the lead of Business Operations to ensure that central level processes, governance and metrics are adhered to. This is a multi-disciplinary role and will require close collaboration with HR Partners, Business Finance, Talent Acquisition and other business SPOC’s. You will be required to help data collect, do analysis and support to come up with key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement across key levers of the business.

Accurately manage allocation data of resources across the team and measure unallocated cost

Forecast hiring for the team and track the actual hiring metrics to achieve desired results 

Support in monitoring of CSAT process and associated metrics  

Support in roll out of organisation processes  eg: sales lifecycle and project management and enable teams in adoption. 

Participate as a core team member in the  design and deployement of enterprise system 

Drive strong governance systems in the organisation and enable in developing a culture of transparency and early risk identification

Bachelor Degree in Business Management / Administration, Economics, Finance, Operations or related field.

0-2 Years of proven experience in handling Business Operation, Workforce and Staffing, Project Management, HR / Finance Operations. 

Fresh Graduates must have previous relevant internship experience demonstrating strong Analytical and Operational skills.

Proficiency in Data Visualization tools, and handling large datasets to derive insights.

Familiarity with ERP Systems, CSAT Metrics, Resource Allocation, and Workforce Forecasting would be an added advantage.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, crafting clear documents and impactful presentations for effective team and client communication.

Basic understanding of governance systems, process adoption, and enterprise system deployment.

Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and motivated to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
