Are you passionate about women’s empowerment and systemic social change?

We seek a dynamic Women Empowerment and Gender Expert to join our Regional Teams based out of Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and Karnataka. 

As an Expert you will lead regional initiatives to deepen and expand WOTR’s women empowerment and gender equity work. Mentor field teams, support planning and execution, and build capacity across regions. Liaise with government and CSR partners to strengthen impact and visibility. 

You’re an excellent fit for this role if you have 8+ years of experience, including 3 in leadership roles, working on women’s empowerment or livelihood programs. A master’s in social sciences, gender studies, or related fields. Strong knowledge of gender equality frameworks and field-level implementation.
