Role Summary:

This role will include working with the Senior officials of Central Govt to design and implement strategies for implementing the solution for improving benefit delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Evaluate and suggests improvements on digital strategy.

·       Research the latest use cases and propose solutions using the product.

·       Create Business Documentation

·       Coordinate with the Product and Implementation teams to conceptualise and deliver pilots.

·       Analyze and report on the outcomes of the pilots.

·       Analyze beneficiary and user data and report insights.

·       Define and organise digital events with govt officials to propagate products.

Qualifications: 

·      A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information technology, computer science, engineering, or Masters in Computer Application is often required

Desirable Experience: 

·      12+ Years in leading technical projects. Experience as a consultant is must.

·      Experience working with govt officials is must

·       Experience in the implementation projects of products will be preferred.

Skills (Must have):

·       Firm grasp of technical project delivery methodologies.

·       Thorough understanding of consulting frameworks for providing advisory to senior govt officials

·       Knowledge of researching methodologies to conduct research, derive insights and submit findings

·       Knowledge of various welfare mechanisms targeted at the beneficiaries of various categories

·       Excellent interpersonal skills.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Insightful and perceptive.

·       Business knowledge.

·       Deadline driven.

·       Understanding of web analytics
