The Senior Associate - Accelerator Program Manager will lead the
development and implementation of advanced training programs, mentor junior staff, and
drive strategic initiatives to enhance the educational offerings of our organization. This role
requires a deep understanding of educational theories, curriculum development, and
effective training methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development and Implementation:
- Design and develop advanced training programs and curricula.
- Lead the implementation of training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and educational standards.
- Evaluate and refine training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
2. Leadership and Mentorship:
- Mentor and support junior training specialists, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. o
- Lead training sessions and workshops, demonstrating best practices in educational delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
3. Strategic Planning and Innovation:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the effectiveness and reach of training programs.
- Identify and implement innovative training methodologies and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives with broader organizational strategies.
4. Assessment and Evaluation:
- Design and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Analyse assessment data to identify areas for improvement and inform program development.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, industry partners, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and other professional events.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote training programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
- Experience in a specific industry or educational sector relevant to the organization’s focus.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
- Proven track record of successful program development and implementation.
Experience Required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in educational training and development, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
