Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Resource Person to manage our scholarship programs, ensuring effective implementation and impact. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong background in the development sector, excellent project management skills, and a passion for expanding educational opportunities. You will oversee the scholarship lifecycle, from outreach and application processing to selection, monitoring, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scholarship Program Management: Develop and implement strategies for scholarship outreach, application processing, selection, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to guidelines and timelines. Manage program budgets and financial reporting.
• Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement: Promote scholarship opportunities, build relationships with educational institutions and community organizations, and conduct outreach events. Significant travel required.
• Application & Selection: Oversee review and selection processes, manage applications, and coordinate with selection committees.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Develop frameworks to assess program impact, track scholar progress, and analyze data for improvements. Includes data entry and manipulation in Excel.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate databases and generate reports on program activities and outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage program staff, providing guidance and support.
• Event Management: Organize and execute scholarship-related events.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-7 years in the development sector, with experience in scholarships management.
• Education: Undergraduate degree from a reputed institution.
• Skills: Advanced project management, strong analytical and writing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good people management.
• Technical: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Languages: Advanced English and Hindi, plus fluency in at least one regional language (Urdu, Kannada, Telugu, or Odia).
• Other: Ability to travel extensively.
