Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the implementation of digital health programs aligned with public health priorities and government initiatives.
· Conduct business and systems analysis to support design, enhancement, and deployment of digital health solutions.
· Collaborate with government stakeholders, tech teams, and public health experts to ensure seamless execution.
· Gather and document business requirements, user needs, workflows, and wireframes from field teams and stakeholders.
· Prepare high-quality documentation such as BRDs, technical specifications, reports, and strategic roadmaps.
· Design and execute public health research studies, including survey design, data collection, and literature reviews.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of health programs and recommend improvements based on data and research findings.
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement, communication, and alignment.
· Conduct training sessions and product demos for healthcare staff and stakeholders on digital tools and platforms.
· Monitor project progress, risks, and impact ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and interoperability standards.
· Support capacity building through knowledge-sharing and field-level engagement, including periodic travel.
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in public health, Health Informatics, Computer Science, MBBS, Business Administration, or related fields.
· Bachelor's with strong experience in digital health will be considered.
Desirable Experience:
· 6-8Years of experience in digital health, GovTech, health tech, or public health projects.
· Experience working with government agencies, multilateral organizations, or healthcare providers is a strong plus.
· Familiarity with ABDM, NHM, or other national digital health initiatives is preferred.

· Very Good skill in writing the Documents
· Understanding the requirements
· Healthcare Domain
· Understanding on the Healthcare software Applications
· Strong leadership and communication skills to work in cross-functional teams.
· Excellent written and verbal skills for creating reports, BRDs, and presentations.
· Ability to problem-solve, think strategically, and manage multiple stakeholders.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, adapting to new challenges
· Understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, data analytics, cloud solutions) and their role in digital health.
· Experience with EHR/EMR systems, digital public goods, or health information exchange frameworks is an advantage
Travel: Open for Travel (30-40%)
