Key Responsibilities:
 

·      Manage end-to-end QA processes for web and mobile applications.

·      Design and implement automated test cases to ensure high-quality software releases.

·      Prepare and maintain all QA-related documentation including:

o  Test Plans

o  Test Cases

o  Test Scenarios

o  Bug Reports

o  Traceability Matrix

o  QA Status Reports

·      Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test coverage.

·      Strong experience in Selenium, Cypress and playwright.

·      Review and ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, and compliance standards.

·      Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide feedback to development teams.

·      Work closely with UAT teams and ensure that delivered products meet functional and non-functional requirements.

·      Ensure quality metrics are tracked and reported consistently across releases.

·      Maintain and update automation scripts as needed using tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, etc.

·      Apply healthcare domain knowledge to ensure QA validations are aligned with real-world healthcare workflows and compliance norms.

Qualifications:

  • ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications.
  • Experience working on government or public health projects.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Jenkins

Desirable Experience: 

  • Experience: 6–10 years in QA with at least 2–3 years in a QA lead/managerial role/automation.
  • Strong expertise in manual testing and automation testing.
  • Proven experience in preparing comprehensive QA documents.
  • Experience with automation frameworks/tools (Selenium, Appium, JMeter, etc.).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines.
  • Good knowledge of healthcare domain applications, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience testing both web and mobile applications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
