Role: Program Officer [Health]- Implementation, (Damoh, Khargone) MP
Experience: 4-7 years [Not more than 7 years]
Salary: Up to 8.5 LPA

Responsibilities:

• Independently plan and implement interventions end-to-end in one block (150-200 villages, >1.5 lakhs population).
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct daily field visits.
• Monitor programs routinely and continuously ideate/analyze data to improve delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with government officials (village/block/district) and frontline workers.
• Contribute to organizational vision and collaborate with team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of work experience in development organizations, corporate, or management consulting.
• Adept at handling large data volumes, managing diverse stakeholders, and leading initiatives independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of Excel.
• Strong project management skills.
• Self-motivated, curious, and a team player with a growth mindset.
