About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Officer to join our team. In this role, you will support the smooth functioning of HR and people-related processes that are essential to nurturing a values-driven, inclusive, and high-impact work culture. From handling critical documentation to supporting hiring, data management, and internal events, you will play a key part in ensuring a positive employee experience and enabling our mission. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about building a smooth employee experience.Anchor the onboarding paperwork and pre-joining formalities and support various employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, exit processes, and policy communication. Help in driving operational efficiencies across HR practices.Act as custodian of all People Ops paperwork. Manage end-to-end documentation processes including filing, scanning, and maintaining employee records in compliance with internal policies.Maintain and regularly update databases containing employee information and provide accurate reports and data analysis to support reviews and decision-making processes.Manage employee profiles on the HRMS platform by adding new team members, updating records, ensuring data accuracy, and addressing basic employee queries and system issues with empathy and clarity.Support in organizing employee engagement initiatives and Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and participation.RequirementsRequirementsOrganized, tech-savvy, and passionate about building a smooth employee experienceA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in a People Ops or HR function, preferably in a nonprofit or social impact environment.Proficiency in Google Workspace and exposure to working on HRMS tools.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Salary: The pay band for the position starts at Rs. 35,000/- per month (cost to company) (The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)At Quest Alliance, we pride ourselves on being an Equal Opportunities employer, embracing applications from all segments of the community.
