Motion Graphic Designer

Motion graphic designer – a simple-communicator who is passionate about creating animated visuals that bring stories and ideas to life. 

Role Summary 

Dharohar is looking for a talented and passionate Motion graphic designer to create engaging and informative visual content that promotes our learning space, its programmes, and its impact on the community. This role will be instrumental in building our brand identity and communicating our story through compelling motion graphics. 

Key Responsibilities 

You will be responsible for: 

• Design concepts and storyboards for motion graphics. 
• Create high-quality motion graphics (animated logos, explainer videos, social media content, etc). 
• Collaborate with the team to understand work needs.  
• Use motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) to create animations and add effects. 
• Tell stories through motion graphics. 
• Maintain consistent branding. 
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
• Stay up-to-date with motion graphics trends. 

To succeed in this role,  

You must have: 

• Understanding of design principles 
• Passion for learning 
• Proficiency in motion graphics software
• Knowledge of social media video best practices 
• Demonstrable ability to work independently
