🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage M&E systems and data processes
• Support program teams with performance insights and reporting
• Build dashboards and visualize trends for informed decision-making

🛠️ Required Skills:
• Strong grip on Advanced Excel (📊 Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Proficient in Stata, SPSS, SAS or similar statistical software
• Experience with Power BI for impactful visualizations
• Background in data management and impact evaluation
